By The Sea Day Spa is a place
to come to for rest, relaxation and rejuvenation.

Therefore, we ask that you do not bring children under the age of 13.

A credit card is required to guarantee your space if the services exceed $45 in value. Please allow several weeks for weekend appointments, especially spa packages.

We require 24 hours’ notice for a single service and 72 hours’ notice for multiple services.  Your credit card or gift card will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled services for no-shows and late cancellations.

We require $25 non-refundable Deposit, for each service scheduled, for all New Clients.

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for services for groups of 3 or more. We require 72 hours’ notice for cancellations of groups of 3 or more.

Gift Cards are sold and redeemed in dollar amounts only.  Please note, GC’s are not sold for a specific service, package, special or service provider. GC’s cannot be used towards gratuity.  Many of the old paper gift certificates (ivory with teal writing) are expired and have zero value. Call our front desk with your GC number to determine value. We’re sorry, but we are not responsible for lost Gift Cards.  Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Prices are subject to change without notification. Gift certificates and prices listed in this brochure do not include sales tax. Sales tax will be added at time of service.

Package Series are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • We NO LONGER accept Spa Finder, Spa Wish or Spa Week cards as a form of payment for our full priced spa services.  
  • All balances from previous SpaFinder, Wish/ Week redeemed cards are on the client account.  These card balances will be honored with the previous SpaFinder/Wish/Week guidelines.  
  • These guidelines include:  balances can be used towards full price services only.  These SpaFinder/ Wish/ Week balances cannot be used toward retail products, monthly specials, spa packages, gratuities or to purchase gift cards.  

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. As a courtesy to all guests, we are unable to extend services beyond the scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will be given the remainder of their scheduled time and will be charged the full fee for the service.

Please leave your personal items at home.  By the Sea is not responsible for lost items or belongings left behind.

10% off full priced services for active personnel of Military, Police and Fire.  Military and Municipal ID required.

Product returns can be made within 30 days of purchase.  Returned products must be unopened, unused and accompanied by the sales receipt.

To ensure all of our guests have an enjoyable experience we ask that you refrain from bringing children to your appointment unless they are also scheduled for an appointment.  If you have a child in your group getting services, they need to be accompanied by an adult the entire time they are here. We respectfully request children under 12 stay at home.

For Massage Services – Minors (17 and under) are welcome with a guardian’s approval. Guardian must be present at the time of check-in to approve services. Guardians are welcome to stay in the service room during the service. Mandatory guardian presence for children under 15.
