SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship via US Postal service when the order is received.
Rush delivery and special delivery options are available at additional costs. Please call us at (203) 483-333 if you wish to place an expedited order.

RETURN POLICY

Gift certificates may only used for the purchase of By The Sea Inn & Spa services or products. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

LOST OR STOLEN GIFT CERTIFICATES

Certificates are transferable but not replaceable if lost or stolen and should be treated as cash. By the Sea Inn & Spa is not responsible for loss, theft, or mutilation of this certificate. This certificate cannot be redeemed for cash. Unauthorized resale, swap or other exchange will invalidate this certificate.
