SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship via US Postal service when the order is received.
Rush delivery and special delivery options are available at additional costs. Please call us at (203) 483-3333 if you wish to place an expedited order.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates may only used for the purchase of By The Sea Day Spa services or products. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

Spa Finders, Spa Week and Spa Wish cards/gift certificates cannot be used for the purchase of discounted services, spa packages or gratuities. By The Sea monetary gift certificates can be used to purchase these items, however, By The Sea gift certificates you have for services are excluded as to prevent double dipping.

LOST OR STOLEN GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates must be presented upon arrival of service. Certificates are transferable but not replaceable if lost or stolen and should be treated as cash. By The Sea Day Spa is not responsible for loss, theft, or mutilation of this certificate. This certificate cannot be redeemed for cash. Unauthorized resale, swap or other exchange will invalidate this certificate.

The Spa

BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

A credit card is required to guarantee your space if the services exceed $45 in value. Please allow several weeks for weekend appointments, especially spa packages.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 24 hours notice for single services; three days for packages and multi-services. Your credit card will be charged (or gift certificate voided) for the full amount of the scheduled services for no-shows and late cancellations.

SALES TAX

Prices listed in this brochure do not include sales tax. Sales tax will be added at time of service.

PUNCTUALITY

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. As a courtesy to all guests, we are unable to extend services beyond the scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will be given the remainder of their scheduled time and will be charged the full fee for the service.

By The Sea Day Spa is a place to come to for rest, relaxation and rejuvenation. Therefore, we ask that you do not bring children under the age of 10. The use of cellular phones in the spa is prohibited. Prices are subject to change without notification.

Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. By The Sea Day Spa, Inc. and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if By The Sea Day Spa believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of By The Sea Day Spa and its subsidiaries.

We will not sell or give away any lists or other data that we may retain and we do not purchase such information from other sources.

Statistical Data: Our servers (as most) track IP addresses and referring pages to help with site maintenance and improvements. This data is viewed only as anonymous statistics to show the busiest times of the day or week, pages with errors and how effective our advertising has been. This information is not used for any other purpose.

Personal Information Collected - Order Forms: With the exception of credit card info, we store the information from your order form to allow us to track consulting issues or refer to a previous order to help provide some customer service.
